1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the bikbed smart lock rental service for bicycles, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

bikbed offers a smart lock rental system to secure bicycles in designated parking spaces. The service includes:

• Smart lock rental with Bluetooth technology
• Access via QR code scanning
• Daily rate of €2 plus €1 management fee
• Remote lock control from the application

3. Registration and Use

To use our service, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including name, ID/CIF, tax address, and bicycle details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities conducted under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

• Use the lock only to secure your bicycle
• Return the lock in the same condition as when delivered
• Immediately report any damage or malfunction
• Pay fees corresponding to the rental period
• Do not manipulate, modify, or attempt to open the lock by unauthorized means

5. Fees and Payments

The rental rate is €2 per day plus €1 one-time management fee. Payment is made in advance via credit/debit card. Additional charges for late returns or equipment damage are the user's responsibility.

6. Limitation of Liability

bikbed is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of the user's bicycle. The service provides only the lock as a security tool but does not guarantee absolute protection against theft. We recommend obtaining additional bicycle insurance.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Payments made are non-refundable, except in cases of equipment malfunction attributable to bikbed. For technical issues, contact our customer service.

8. Modifications

bikbed reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon publication in the application.
